Rhabarber Erdbeer Cheesecake vom Blech

Für 18 Stücke.
Für den Teig:
80 g Zucker
50 g Mehl
1 Ei
Prise Salz

Für den Belag:
1Kg Rhabarber
500g Erdbeeren
150 g Zucker
4 Eier
800 g Magerquark
800 g Milchreis (FP)
2 TI abgeriebene Schale
von 3 Zitronen +
100 ml Saft
1 El Speisestärke
1 Päckchen roter Tortenguss
Fett für das Blech

Sah im Buch noch besser aus, aber geschmeckt hat es. Und es war mein erster Rhabarber.
